A clinical case of congenital aniridia in combination with high degree hyperopia, cataract, ophthalmohypertension, foveal hypoplasia is presented. The article analyzes the results a complex morphofunctional studies conducted before and after cataract surgery, presents practical data on differential diagnosis glaucoma ophthalmohypertension therapeutic approaches, including use diaphragm contact lens three-component tear substitute Stillavit.
